Abstract


This article focuses on a huge expansion of the VoIP system has the function of the RADIUS server billing and implementation, and gives the specific implementation scheme using the Java language. The system is logically divided into the RADIUS authentication server billing and WEB management system. Client support fax function, authenticate the user call requests, support flexible billing function, but also has powerful statistical analysis report. The system fully functional, easy to use, good scalability, and achieved good market feedback after put into operation. The main content of this article is based on the author's work in the the project and research. First analysis of VoIP system each related protocols and network entities, mainly introduced the function of network keep; Then this paper introduces the principle of the RADIUS protocol, extension, function design and implementation of the method, and billing management system management system system structure, development environment and design method; Then introduced the system test, and finally made a summarize the system and puts forward some improvement ideas.
