Abstract


Under the background in energy conservation and emission reduction, Promotion roof greening especially the reconstruct flat roof to green roof of old building can help to realize the energy conservation and emission reduction. This paper is based on predecessors’achievements. The paper was discussed the roof greening system in simple type and its strategy of applying and analysis of energy conservation benefit. Firstly, the history an current situation of the roof greening was been studied through the questionnaire investigation, information access, field investigation. The popular will and attitudes of architectural design institute real estate company can be realized as the valuable material. Secondly, the reason which the slow development of roof greening can be knowed. Thirdly, roof greening system in simple type was be taken to solve the problems. System integration and technology optimization can be used to solve the problems of structure security, waterproof and the management of irrigating. Afterwards, the feasibility of the theory can be proved through the case. The experience of the case can be summarized by the research. In the end, economic and environmental benefits can be checked by the analysis of the computer simulation.
