Abstract


GSM is the most widely used second-generation mobile communications technology , and EGPRS (Enhanced General Packet Radio Service) is one of the GSM network evolution to 3G technology , widespread concern by the operators . This article topics from the actual demand of the technological transformation projects , has important practical significance for the operators to improve the efficiency and service level of the mobile communication network . This article on the basis of in -depth study the EGPRS basic principle of its difference with the the original GPRS network system , focusing on the EGPRS wireless network resource planning approach ; EGPRS wireless network resource optimization to a region , for example , analysis of the GSM network structure and the various network elements need to be evolved, and after the test of the actual network proposed for EGPRS wireless network resource optimization embodiment , the article also detailed analysis of actual wireless network optimization effect , results show that the optimization of the resources to achieve good results . I is the project leader for this project , is mainly responsible for the overall program development , organization and implementation of the project and resource optimization results validation . This article resource optimization scheme is feasible , and has now been accepted by the carrier , and began to incorporate the normal resource optimization process .
