Abstract


The generation of economic diplomacy in the context of the overall transformation of the Chinese Foreign occurs , is a direct result of the transformation of China's diplomacy since the reform and opening . Thus , the transformation of the overall diplomatic strategy is the internal dynamics of China's economic diplomacy . From external factors , China 's sustained economic development need to rely on the support of diplomacy , and diplomacy to economic development is the most direct way is to help domestic enterprises access to foreign markets and resources . Therefore, from the objective needs of economic development , constitute the external driving force for China 's economic diplomacy . ASEAN is one of the most important neighboring China , is also the most active areas of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign surrounding the proposed foreign policy of good neighborliness, peaceful neighbor , prosperous neighborhood , largely from the China -ASEAN diplomatic practice , which rich neighbor \In addition , ASEAN in China \Carry out specific actions to ASEAN 's economic diplomacy in China , that China manifestation of ASEAN 's economic diplomacy , showing a multi-agent , multi-level , diverse features in the new era .
