Abstract


The development process of China's urbanization has entered the speed , quality and quantity to the development of a new stage , the city began to focus on specialty design and create the image . Create and enhance urban image related to the town 's production and living environment , relates to the innovative vitality and competitiveness of the town . However , with the accelerated process of urbanization , the the urban image problems brought by the small towns in the rapid development of increasingly prominent , due to the lack of research on the urban regional culture connotation , lack of awareness of urban characteristics , so that the characteristics disappear a growing problem monotonous , small town image building mode identical , stereotyped . Carry the design study of the urban image , the image of the distinctive small towns to create a reasonable structure of a space , ideal for social and economic benefits of ecologically sustainable development , will help guide the urban economy , benign social development , improve urban competitiveness and visibility , improve environmental quality and protective function . Therefore , creating the image of the small towns conform to the current needs of the development of urbanization , has laid a good foundation for the development of unique, small town . This thesis research to create a method for the image of the small towns of southern Shaanxi regional specialties , the the towns image of the design in the field of architectural planning is a complex , involving a broader subject . This papers urban image of the problem from the perspective of the characteristics of its formation the reasons on the basis of theoretical analysis , with a multidisciplinary study of the system , the overall method to find a combination of the actual situation of the small towns of the Southern Shaanxi , with a more town to create the image of a strong operational methods and theories .
