Abstract


Nowadays, the science and technology is developing rapidly. It not only enhances our lives levels, but also drives our spiritual needs and greatly enriches our spirit consumption levels. The cultural creative industry is booming worldwide now, which is blend of three factors of production -culture, creativity and technology. Lots of countries and regions have realized that the cultural creative industries have played an important positive on regional economic development.This thesis took Jiangxi Province as an example to analyze the dialectical relationship between cultural creative industries and regional economic development, which provide a theoretical basis to promote cultural and creative industries development in Jiangxi Province. Firstly, the paper generally and systematically recapitulated the connotation of cultural creative industries, and the dialectical relationship between cultural creative industries and regional economic development, and analyzed specifically the potential which cultural creative industries drive the regional economic development, and the constraint of developing cultural creative industries. Secondly, the thesis analyzed the development current of cultural creative industries in Jiangxi Province, and figure out the contribution of the cultural creative industries to economic growth of Jiangxi Province through cultural and creative industries output model, and proposed the plan to develop cultural creative industries on the based of the developing advantages. Thirdly, the thesis analyzed the cultural tourism industry in Wuyuan County of Jiangxi province and summarized the development experiences of the cultural tourism industry of Wuyuan County. Finally, the thesis proposed some specific policy proposals to develop cultural creative industries.
