Abstract

With the computer technology and the increasing development of sophisticated Internet tools, the network increasingly become an essential part of the work and life. It is not only deeply affect people’s economic life, cultural life and social life, but also make a profound impact on people’s political life. Network of political action is one of the important performance. Network of political, government officials and Internet users to communicate via the Internet, in order to achieve the government understand the sentiments of public opinion and government users to ask things in a two-way interactive activities, is to promote the construction of socialist democratic politics political government of the new approach. Irrational use of the network the negative impact of politics, including:the distribution and use of network resources, disproportionate impact on the fairness of political participation; a large number of networks to bring public pressure for government decision-making; network of group events on the composition of the government’s public governance challenges; network mishandling of public opinion would undermine the credibility and image of the government.
