Fe-based amorphous alloys is very excellent soft magnetic properties, the crystallization processing nanocrystalline alloys with excellent soft magnetic properties and potential applications. This paper, respectively, the use of Al and Ni element portion alternative to precious metals Nb original FINEMET alloy Fe-Si-B in-a Cu-Nb-M (M = Al, Ni), the crystallization behavior of the amorphous alloy and the soft magnetic properties, etc. . Vacuum non-consumable arc furnace melting alloy ingot was prepared under argon, using the single roller spin quenching prepared Fe 73.5 Si 13.5 B9 C < / sub> u 1 Nb 3-x M x (x = 0, 0.5, 0.8, 1.0, 1.5) alloy thin band. By X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry instrument (DSC), vibrating sample magnetometer Hutchison (VSM), BH hysteresis loop instrument of the microscopic structure of the amorphous and crystallized ribbons and The magnetic properties of the characterization and testing. The XRD pattern of the alloy after annealed at different temperatures, after the Scherrer formula to calculate the size of the precipitated grains, and discusses alternative Nb Al or Ni on the crystallization behavior of the alloy. Alloy cast under the VSM measurement results show that the first decreases and then increases the saturation magnetic flux density Bs with Al or increase of Ni content, while adding the Al amorphous alloy elements can reduce the coercivity Hc add Ni elements increases the coercive force of the alloy. Al, Ni partial substitution of Fe 73.5 Si 13.5 B 9 Cu 1 Nb 3 sub > (FINEMET) a noble metal in the alloy Nb, the soft magnetic properties of nanocrystalline alloy obtained after the annealing treatment of the different temperatures was studied. The results showed that Al or Ni the partial substitution FINEMET alloy Nb, the saturation magnetic induction of the alloy is significantly improved. Al, Ni content of about 1.0at.% When the alloy has good soft magnetic properties. Saturation magnetic induction and coercive force, respectively: Al-alloy 1.0 Bs = 1.367T, Hc = 4.927A / m; NI-1.0 alloy BS = 1.210T, Hc = 2.605A / m. Together Ni elements add more conducive than the addition of Al alloys saturation magnetic induction, the Al content in the coercivity is more conducive to reducing alloy. This paper discusses Al, Ni alloy magnetic mechanism. Precipitated after the processing of the Fe-Si-B-Cu-Nb-Al and Fe-Si-B-Cu-the Nb-Ni alloy annealing nanocrystalline phase α-Fe (Si), respectively, into a small amount of Al and Ni nanocrystalline phase of α-of FeNi (Si) crystal magnetic anisotropy ratio large α-FeAl (Si), the coercive force of Fe-Si-B-Cu-Nb-Ni is greater than the Fe-Si-B-Cu coercivity-Nb-Al alloys. Ni is a ferromagnetic element saturation magnetic induction of a Fe-Si-B-Cu-Nb-Ni alloy than was Fe-Si-B-Cu-Nb-Al alloy of high strength.
