Abstract


Seamless access to future wireless network aimed at the integration of different standard radio access technology (RAT) to provide and protect the business and call continuity . In this paper, a fixed gain of multi-code CDMA and OFDMA heterogeneous network support for multi-service scenarios , a new form of radio resource characterization mapping concept based on the spectral bandwidth . In this way characterize the QoS requirements in a variety of resources, such as multi-code CDMA network channel fixed gain of spreading codes Road , power and bit error rate and OFDMA network resource properties are mapped to the equivalent spectrum bandwidth that is the equivalent bandwidth resource characterization way to unify the expression of the particle size of the heterogeneous network business occupied network resources . Heterogeneous network resource allocation algorithm based on this resource characterization methods can meet QoS requirements . The other hand , due to the design of the call admission control algorithm depends on the comparison, and the remaining resources among systems with the comparison of the user the resource requirements , the heterogeneous system resources unified expression for the calculation of the remaining capacity of the system , and to facilitate call access control algorithm design is very important. Equivalent bandwidth as the particle size of the occupied resources in heterogeneous network business good simplified form of resource characterization and calculation of the remaining capacity of the system to become possible . According to this resource characterization methods , the paper design a new economic model based call admission control algorithms . This algorithm were applied in the two scenarios under light load and a heavy load of heterogeneous networks . Heavy load of heterogeneous networks , this algorithm allows the network to continue to access users , and control of all active users QoS requirements downgrade in exchange for increased system capacity in a small range , that meet the quality of service and improve different to find a balance between the homogeneous network resource utilization . Simulation results show that this paper, the call admission control algorithms better than some of the literature in the increase in multi-service heterogeneous network capacity and maximize network revenue , reduce new call blocking rate and achieve better load balancing and other performance indicators proposed income - based function access selection algorithm ( UFAS ) .
