Abstract


Organic electroluminescent display (OLED) due to the advantages of self-luminous, high brightness , wide viewing angle , low power consumption , has been widespread concern . In recent years, the deposition uniformity and mobility is more moderate microcrystalline silicon thin film transistor (TFT) to become one of the hot spots of the active (AM) OLED technology . On the basis of the full study of microcrystalline silicon TFT pixel unit circuit , liquid crystal display (LCD) driver chips AMOLED driven analog voltage modulation and solve the problems of the existing OLED driver IC with them does not match .
