Abstract

Isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) is an important chemical material , in recent years, the country 's growing demand . Current synthesis methods phosgene , phosgene virulent, serious pollution , cleaner production is the development trend . Use of \In this paper, isophorone diamine (IPDA) , and dimethyl carbonate (DMC) as raw materials in the presence of a catalyst , the synthesis intermediates of isophorone dicarbamate (IPDC), then IPDC by high temperature thermal The solution obtained IPDI. First step , the synthesis process of the intermediate product IPDC study , a higher activity of a methanol solution of sodium methoxide as a catalyst is selected , the IPDC synthesis reaction conditions were studied and optimized . During the experiment using the gas chromatography, GC chromatography, etc., means of detection of the reaction product was measured by the processing of the solution after the reaction to give a more pure IPDC . Change over time based on the concentration of reactants data obtained by fitting the kinetic equation . Variety of reaction conditions on the reaction , and the interpretation of the relevant phenomena . The second step , the pyrolysis process of the IPDC . Pyrolysis apparatus designed according to the laboratory conditions , the Suici sheet for the pyrolysis filler , triphenyl phosphate as a heat carrier , and a solvent . Testing to show that the the IPDC pyrolysis of IPDI process is feasible .
