Abstract


The nonlinear optical (Nonlinear Optic, NLO) is one of the theoretical basis of the development of photonics technology , a whole new field of modern optics . Organic nonlinear optical material as an important material for integrated optical devices have better performance because of its relative inorganic materials , research has become a hot topic of today 's high-tech research . Introduced organic nonlinear optical materials synthesis research progress , and on this basis , the design and synthesis of organic nonlinear optical materials , molecular design theory with single benzene ring conjugated bridge, containing furan conjugated The bridge containing azo disazo conjugation bridge four series of dozens of new chromophore molecules . B3LYP/6-31G basis set through the the GAUSSIAN03 software that , with the density functional theory of the structure of these molecules to optimize static molecular second-order polarizability calculated in the same basis set , these molecules show a larger static second-order polarization rate , the β0 values ??up to 2.129 x 10- 27esu . Designed ten molecules synthesized successfully synthesized dozens chromophore molecules , and also proposed a new synthetic heterocyclic containing conjugated bridge chromophore . By 1H-NMR, IR and elemental analysis were used to characterize the structure of the chromophore molecules and intermediates . TGA test results show that these molecules have better thermal stability , wherein the 5% weight loss temperature of up to 301 ° C . Good heat resistance of these molecules , and to meet the requirements of the device fabrication . Solvatochromic Method Study of the nonlinear optical properties of the chromophore , measured by the molecules in the laser base frequency wavelength of 1064nm at the quality parameters , and results showed that the synthetic material has a high nonlinear optical coefficients . Wherein the measured μgβ (1064) values ??of up to 59706 x 10- 48esu . Calculation and test results indicate that such material has a very good non-linear optical properties . Containing furan conjugated bridge and dimethylamino donor chromophore molecule doped into a polysulfone , a spin coating deposition , with the second harmonic the law ( SHG ) after corona poling measured obtaining secondary The harmonic coefficients d33 (1064) values ??of up to 70pm / V.
