Abstract

Magaldrate is a typical layered double metal composite hydroxide (Layered Double Hydroxides, referred to as LDH) in. This thesis by co-precipitation method, by changing the the magnesia molar ratio and the interlayer anion prepared by a series of single crystal phase, a high crystallinity nanoscale magaldrate, after the composite oxide obtained by high temperature calcination derivative, is used to study its of the pulp resin material and the removal of the solubility and colloidal substances (DCS). Product particle size analysis by analytical tools such as XRD and FRTEM of the phase composition of the samples, crystalline status and morphology were characterized using a laser particle size analyzer. Experimental results show that the magnesium aluminum hydroxide colloid with a high positive charge, and the colloid in the neutral range with a higher consumption. Most of the synthesized sample having a regular hexagonal tabular morphology, particle size distribution is uniform, regular, narrow particle size distribution, the entire sample, the majority of the particle size distribution in between 0.1μm ~ 1μm. Magnesia original layered structure disappeared after calcination treatment, the hydroxide, magnesia oxide solid solution; structure reduced in size, the specific surface area increases, better particle uniformity, a substantial increase of the charge density. The results show that the use of different Mg-Al molar ratio of layer anionic the magaldrate its roasting product the pulp resin and stickies model compounds adsorption experiments: interlayer anions nitrate, Mg-Al molar ratio of the magaldrate of 3:1 resin adsorption and stickies best calcination temperature of 550 ° C, adsorption reached a maximum, but decreased as the calcination temperature increases, the adsorption effect. Magaldrate resin and stickies in the adsorption amount in the neutral condition. Through the heat recovery experiments show that the roasting magaldrate is a repeated use of the good performance of the adsorbent material. X-ray diffraction patterns and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy observations confirm the calcined product magaldrate adsorption resin layered structure recovery, that is, through the \main with a greater amount of adsorption and stickies. The adsorption isotherm magaldrate the calcined product of resin and stickies more in line with the Freundlich isotherm equation, and the adsorption process is mainly surface adsorption. Seen by DR adsorption model magaldrate the calcined product of the the resin, and stickies adsorption process are mainly chemical adsorption. The adsorption behavior of quasi-second-order kinetic equation can describe the entire adsorption process. Charge titration technique to establish the adsorption process magaldrate its calcined product of DCS model compounds in high yield pulp (polygalacturonic acid and lignin sulfonate) adsorption isotherm model, prove roasting magaldrate The model has a higher adsorption performance, high adsorption efficiency. Kind of the CTMP pulp DCS water treatment using the magaldrate its roasted product, can greatly reduce the turbidity of the water samples, the requirements and conductivity of the positive charge, especially roasting magaldrate, when the relative amount of pulp was 0.4%, the the DCS sample turbidity and cationic charge volume reduced to close to zero. In the presence of pulp, calcination the magaldrate is still on the DCS has a high removal effect. Roasting the magaldrate control resin obstacle has good application prospects in the pulp and paper.
