Abstract


With the rapid development of the socio-economic and science and technology , before the security monitoring technology can not meet the existing market demand . In recent years there has been an emerging field of computer vision application direction of an intelligent visual surveillance . Visual monitoring different from the traditional sense of the monitoring system in its intelligence . It is a computer vision , without human intervention , by the recorded sequence of images of the camera shot for automatic analysis to achieve the positioning of the moving object in the dynamic scenario , identification and tracking , and based on this analysis and to judge the behavior of moving objects , which do only completion of the day-to-day management to respond in a timely manner but also in abnormal happens . Simple terms , not only with a video camera instead of the human eye , and use the computer instead of the people , to assist people to complete the task of monitoring or control , so as to alleviate the burden of the people . Visual monitoring has broad application prospects and potential economic value , causing many famous research institutions , as well as the interest of researchers in the international arena . Discussed motion detection technology is a most important part of the Intelligent Visual Surveillance , and on this basis to develop a set of intelligent monitoring system .
