Abstract


Xinjiang is located in Central Asia, its economy,culture,nation interact with The Central Asia.It is a channel of the Western economic exchange, is also the hub of the ancient Silk Road.The economic culture of communication of West and Central Asia and Central China Mainland are imprinted in there, so that there became a national and cultural melting spot.And the Integration of diverse cultures have had significant impact on architectural forms in this region.Bazaar is the original from the Persian word. At least from the Yuan dynasty, nationality people in Central Asia including the Uygur start with the "bazaar" to refer to market. But the total mean of Bazaar is not market.It has a rich connotation, often shown characters of culture in regionlism and nationalization.And then,it became a symbol in secular world and enjoyment of life.Xinjiang’s Bazaar building as a representative of the Xinjiang regional architecture and valuable cultural heritage, along with implementing the economic strategy of Development of the West Regions, its historical value, cultural value, artistic value and ecological value were given more and more attention.Economic development, particularly development of backward areas, often accompanied by ecological and cultural damage to the environment. How to improve the bazaar environment and sustain its thousand years of culture,meanwhile, to create a regional style of the Bazaar building in the Western development process, that become a serious problem.This article will study Bazaar architecture in Xinjiang and its regional features, specific studies are as follows:Firstly,describing the history and development of Building on the Bazaar, and then analyzes the geography of Bazaar architecture in Xinjiang and historical cultural background, trying to grasp the Bazaar building’s developing process. Secondly,it’s given a introduction to the main types of construction Bazaar-national market,house, modern-type commercial buildings, mosques.Thirdly, describing and analysis its layout and functions,organization, spatial composition, selection and modeling method for decorative and artistic. Finally, combining with the "type" diachronic development of Xinjiang’s Bazaar building, while the integrity and continuity of the city area link with understanding the regional characteristics of the national spirit of modern Bazaar in Xinjiang, summarized a revelation for Xinjiang Regional Creative Bazaar building in China.
