Abstract


The city is dynamic place, city status today is tomorrow the city's history, in every city in the process of development continued with their own context. Historical places, gradually formed in the process of urban development, including a unique historic building, street space and unique human culture, the interpretation of the rich historical and cultural information is the most valuable asset of the city. But in China's rapid urbanization is located in the heart of the city, due to the city's historic places, the advantages of geographical location, the value of the land is relatively high, driven by the interests of developers to follow and Government Chief Executive feat of engineering, the high-rise building appeared frequently with the stimulation of the market economy in the city's historic places, the old city space is gradually \The form of the city's historic places is damaged, the characteristics of the city will not be realized. Therefore, the protection and renewal of the city's historic places must pay attention to a problem in the current process of urban construction. In this paper, through the analysis of the city's historical sites at home and abroad protection updates practice and theoretical research system from the perspective of the typology of urban space environment, urban heritage conservation and renewal of the city's historic places, from the streets of state space, the authenticity places morphology, commercial space protection point of view, to explore the city's historical sites protection methods and strategies. The article is mainly divided into six parts, the first chapter is an introduction the outlined topics origin, the background, significance of the study purpose, research methodology and thesis framework; Theory and Practice at home and abroad on the study of historical and cultural sites, the protection and renewal of urban historical sites related to the relevant concepts and related theoretical research to explore; third chapter introduces the of Xiangtan historical places formed with the status quo, the use of literature search and survey methods, Xiangtan geography, history conditions narrative, historical places in Xiangtan formation and evolution and present some of the issues were discussed; fourth chapter in the investigation on the basis of relevant literature, Xiangtan city's historic sites protected strategic advice; Chapter Xiangtan the historical sites representatives yaowan of example planning and design, to explore in line with the actual Xiangtan city's historic places protection and update plan; Chapter VI of the implementation and management recommendations on the protection and renewal of Xiangtan city historical sites, I hope the relevant laws and regulations and the functions of the government attach importance to the protection and renewal of the city's historic places.
