Abstract

Freshwater algae wide range of widely distributed, fast growth, large biomass, due to its body contains protein, fat, carbohydrates, various multi-unsaturated fatty acids, essential amino acids and pigment compounds, also contains antibiotics, toxins and other organisms The active substance is widely used. The reported research has focused on aquatic animal feed, bio-diesel, food, medicine and health products, cosmetics and polymer materials. Due to the increasing lack of oil energy and aquatic animal feed restriction, algae applications focus on two aspects of the biodiesel and animal feed. Algal source of similar studies focused on algae the freshwater algae research is still relatively small, Hubei is a large freshwater lake areas, the papers from Hubei freshwater areas were isolated and purified ten freshwater algae, and for the purified ten algae to do the following: 1. Isolation and identification of ten freshwater algae, about 10 kinds of algae in the medium to adapt by making the growth curve. Found that there are eight kinds of green algae, both diatoms and green algae A ten algae Chlorella pyrenoidosa; the Chlorella B capricornutum; Chlorella C pointed Scenedesmus; Chlorella D is serrated gate algae; chlorella E Chlorella; elliptical chlorella Chlorella F; the green algae G is the Korotkoff parallel algae; the green algae H Chlorococcum humicola. Diatoms a medium-sized Fragilaria; diatom algae lanceolate variant b blunt brittle bar. Learned from the growth curve of green algae is more suitable for the SE medium and the appropriate culture conditions, growth, and relatively slow growth of diatoms in the D1 medium, at the same time, depending on the growth rate of the growth period is divided into four growth stages. Determination of ten freshwater algae body protein, glucose, fat and pigment content in four periods of dynamic change, and found that the protein content (% of dry weight percentage) 1.91% to 18.58%, glucose levels ranged from (% dry weight percentage) 5.02% to 49.91%, fat content ranging from (% of dry weight percentage) 2.86% to 31.29% pigment content ranging from 1.383 mg / L to 9.567 mg / L, draw comprehensive high nutritional value of algae as green Chlorella pyrenoidosa algae A, the Chlorella B capricornutum, Chlorella F elliptical chlorella, the Chlorophyta G Coriolis parallel algae, and the diatom Fragilaria a medium-sized, diatoms b blunt brittle bar algae lanceolate variants. Through comparison of the fat at the same time, draw a potential raw material for biodiesel algae diatoms b blunt brittle bar algae lanceolate variants. 3 Determination of 10 the freshwater algae four periods fatty acid dynamic content, results showed that Chlorella major fatty acid composition of polyunsaturated fatty acids, the diatom major fatty acid composition of monounsaturated fatty acids. Comprehensive comparison of fatty acids and protein, glucose, fat and pigment come to the best available as an aquatic animal bait algae and its placing on the period, namely green algae B capricornutum, put in time for the fourth period of the growth of the stationary phase; Chlorella F oval small ball algae, put on the period as the fourth period of growth quiescent; Chlorella G Coriolis parallel algae, the fourth period of growth quiescent as the feeding period; the green algae H Chlorococcum humicola, the exponential phase of the third period as the best time of feeding; diatoms a medium-sized Fragilaria feeding period of growth and the stationary phase of the fourth period; diatom b blunt Fragilaria lanceolate variants, the launch of the fourth period of growth and stationary phase. (4) Determination of the mineral content of the bait in the six algae, found the elements Mg in an amount ranging from 5.678 to 19.08 mg / g, the Fe content ranges from 2.760 to 10.81 mg / g, the Mn content range of 2.038 ~ 7.784 mg / g, the content of K range of 11.16 to 38.17mg / g, Ca content range is 1.590 to 7.161 mg / g, the Zn content in the range of 0.1186 to 1.408 mg / g, the Cu content ranges from 0.2522 to 1.525mg / g Ni content ranges from 0.0024 to 0.025 mg / g, Pb content range of from 0.004 to 0.008mg / g, Cr and Cd is not detected. Algae B, F, G, H, A, b, inclusive of Mg, Fe, Ca, Mn, K Multiple wherein the most constant and trace elements containing algae is F, H. The study can be considered capricornutum, Chlorella ellipsoidea, the Korotkoff parallel algae, native Prochlorococcus, medium-sized Fragilaria blunt brittle bar algae lanceolate variant used in aquatic animal farming, continue to follow-up in vivo feeding application test in order to alleviate the problem of lack of varieties of aquatic animal feed; higher nutritional value of algae for high fat content the diatom blunt brittle rod algae lanceolate variants, by culture conditions, culture change in the way or molecular biology techniques again improve its lipid content, and then the algae body fat mention saponified and esterified by a series of experiments obtained with a higher yield of biodiesel.
