Abstract


With the acceleration of the process of world economic integration , the hotel service industry and international markets has been a general trend , the hotel industry to face this challenge , we must improve the overall competitiveness , and improve the overall competitiveness must change the mode of the hotel management to improve management level , the implementation of information technology is undoubtedly the only way for this purpose and wise . The content of the research work : deep into the hotel related departments to carry out the research work of the project , demand for system analysis and data flow analysis . Based on the systematic analysis of the results , given the hotel management system design and implementation . Program proposed using ASP.NET technology , combined with the SQL Server database management system based on B / S three-tier hotel in the Visual Studio development platform . The system includes a room management , day-to-day business management , query statistics , membership management and system management function module . Rooms manage to complete the maintenance of the basic information of the hotel rooms ; day - to - day business management to achieve customer check-in , change back room , the cost of clearing functions ; Integrated Query statistical analysis complete customer stickiness , the occupancy rate statistics and profitability analysis ; Member Management including member registration , room reservations ; system management to achieve the maintenance of the system is the basis of the data . The hotel business process automation through the development of the system , to effectively understand and analyze the composition of the customer , and enhance the quality of hotel customer service role , and provide support for the management and decision-makers , real grasp of the operational status of the hotel . To improve service quality and management level of the hotel , to get better value for money . Hotel management system developed by the program , the various functional modules are relatively independent , and work together , has a nice feature scalability , and after the validation and testing of the system , to achieve the project is expected indicators . Currently , the hotel management system in the ACCP hotel operation, running in good condition .
