Abstract

June 2008 to September 2009, in the Xilin Gol League, Inner Mongolia Baiyinxile ranch, using artificial piled on the surface and buried two kinds of processing methods, tracking measured grazing livestock (cattle, horses and sheep) manure decomposition process Forms of Nitrogen conversion characteristics. The main findings are as follows: three kinds of fresh cattle fecal samples of total nitrogen in the order of the size of sheep manure gt; the cow dung gt; Hemicentrotus. With decomposition time, three fecal total nitrogen content was no significant change. The total nitrogen content is higher than in the horse manure and sheep manure buried piled up in the change of the surface treatment, cow dung, total nitrogen content in no significant difference in the two kinds of treatments. (2) three fresh fecal samples in nitrogen content, the size of the order for the sheep manure gt; cow dung gt; horse manure. Content trend and the trend of the total nitrogen content, no significant change. Alkaline hydrolysis of the nitrogen content is higher than in the horse manure and sheep manure buried piled on surface treatment, changes in the nitrogen content was not significantly different in the cow dung treatment. 3 three fresh fecal samples the size of the order of the content of each component organic nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, ammonia and amino sugar nitrogen and acid insoluble nitrogen content of the order are sheep manure gt; the horse manure gt; cow dung; hydrolysis full The nitrogen content of the order of sheep manure gt; of cow dung gt; Hemicentrotus; amino acid nitrogen content of the order of cow dung gt; the sheep manure gt; horse manure; amino sugar nitrogen content of the order of horse manure gt; sheep manure gt; cow dung. Ammonia nitrogen, ammonia and amino sugar nitrogen and acid insoluble nitrogen content in the manure initial decomposition big variations, extension of time with manure decomposition stabilized at relatively low levels; with decomposition time extension, the hydrolysis of total nitrogen content variations ; there is a clear downward trend in the amino acid nitrogen content; amino sugar nitrogen content is more complex. In the decomposition process, the three fecal ammonia nitrogen and ammonia and amino sugar nitrogen content are buried underground processing higher than piling on the surface processing; hydrolysis of horse manure and sheep manure total nitrogen, amino nitrogen and acid-insoluble nitrogen content buried underground processing than piled up on the surface treatment, while no significant difference in cow dung; the special amino sugar nitrogen content, sheep manure and cow dung buried is higher than piling on the surface processing horse manure no significant difference. Three kinds of fresh fecal size order different component content of inorganic nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen content of the order for the sheep manure gt; horse manure gt; cow dung, the nitrate content of the order of cow dung gt; Hemicentrotus gt ; sheep manure. With decomposition prolonged downward trend, the three fecal inorganic nitrogen content in general, but the nitrate content in three fecal obvious increase in the growing season. The difference in treatment three fecal inorganic nitrogen content with the decomposition time was no obvious difference. Grazing livestock manure, nitrogen mainly in the organic form of existence, mineralization and leaching process is slow, relatively speaking, horse manure nitrogen release relatively fast speed. Total nitrogen in the manure, and most of the nitrogen fractions buried processing result in significantly increased its content.
