Abstract


As the company of Shanghai Zuo Ren Precision Tool Co., Ltd continues to expand, the number of varieties produced by the toolincreasing the amount of information associated with a variety of rapid growth.Given the large amount of information, companies are still using the traditional manual approach to management that the company is not only a waste of too much human and material resources, but also result in redundant internal tool information, tool management affect the efficiency of verification. Therefore, developing an effective tool management system is imperative, and this will have a profound sense of tool management.First of all, the paper analyzes the significance of the tool management system for enterprise management; the following introduces the main problems in tool management in tool manufacturing industry. After the tool manufacturer’s in-depth study of internal business processes, according to modern management thinking, through the optimization, integration of existing business processes, proposed tool management system design module, the design process is based on internal standard management.The system employs the model of c/s, by using the theory of data mining; it may analyze the amounts of data to generate implicit rules deeply. The rules can provide guidance for the production of knife tool. The management system change the previous chaotic situation, achieve the process of management procedurally, combine the present management situation to reach the standardization of coding, and realize the efficient query with the aid of algorithm. The system achieves the maintenance of the basic information, the inventory management, the cost management, the system management and database management.Through the management system, it may manage the information to enhance the operational quality and traceability. Meanwhile, it can make the management system accurate and reliable in order to improve the efficiency of knife tool management.
