This study, quantitative PCR technique to detect the the Rongchang pig-fat and lean the Landrace fat and muscle tissue caveolin (Caveolin) abundance of family gene expression changes in the 7-month-old, and analysis of the varieties of different Gender and differences in gene expression between different organizations and their fat and muscle traits. The results showed: weight, backfat thickness and muscle fiber proportion differences Rongchang pig fat deposition capacity long white pig, the lean long white pig low, consistent long meat quality white pigs good varietal character; also with the Landrace growth rate compared Rongchang pig, lean line compared Rongchang pig breed characteristics. CAV1 in pig fat and muscle tissue, CAV2, and CAV3 gene mRNA abundance there are obvious differences in gender and varieties. (1) varieties gender effects: the Landrace board grease and muscle fat CAV1 gene expression level was significantly higher than Landrace sows suet between fat and muscle fat CAV1 gene expression levels (P lt; 0.01); Rongchang the boars muscle fat CAV1 gene expression was significantly higher than the fat Rongchang sow muscle between CAV1 gene expression levels (P lt; 0.01). The amount of gene expression in the the CAV2 in the the Landrace boar suet fat was significantly higher than the Landrace sows suet fat the CAV2 gene expression levels (P lt; 0.01), the Landrace sows myenteric fat of CAV2 gene expression amount significantly higher than Landrace boar muscle between the fat the CAV2 gene expression levels (P lt; 0.05); Rongchang Gong pig abdominal fat, intramuscular fat, subcutaneous fat the CAV2 gene expression were significantly higher than Rongchang sow belly fat, intramuscular fat, skin, fat CAV2 the amount of gene expression (P lt; 0.05), the CAV2 gene expression amount of Rongchang sows subcutaneous fat, a very significantly higher than the fat Rongchang Gong pigskin CAV2 amount of gene expression (P lt; 0.01). The Landrace sows the suet CAV3 gene expression level was significantly higher than the the Landrace suet of CAV3 gene expression levels (P lt; 0.01). (2) varieties within gender effect: Rongchang sow suet fat and subcutaneous fat CAV1 gene expression was significantly higher than the Landrace sows suet fat and subcutaneous fat CAV1 gene expression (P lt; 0.01); Changbai public fat pig suet fat and muscle CAV1 gene expression very significantly higher than CAV1 gene expression amount of fat in the the Rongchang Gong pig suet fat and muscle; Rongchang Gong of porcine small net fat CAV1 gene expression level was significantly higher than Landrace network fat CAV1 the amount of gene expression (P lt; 0.01). Rongchang sows suet fat, subcutaneous fat the CAV2 gene expression amount of a very significantly higher than of the Landrace sows suet fat, subcutaneous fat CAV2 amount of gene expression (P lt; 0.01); the Rongchang Gong pig abdominal fat, subcutaneous fat CAV2 gene expression levels significantly higher than Landrace abdominal fat, subcutaneous fat CAV2 amount of gene expression (P lt; 0.05); the Rongchang Gong pigskin fat CAV2 amount of gene expression was significantly higher than the fat the Changbai public pigskin CAV2 gene expression levels ( P lt; 0.01). The Landrace sows the suet CAV3 gene expression level was significantly higher than the Rongchang sow suet of CAV3 gene expression levels (P lt; 0.01). The above results show that the the CAV1 and CAV2 gene may become a judge carcass traits of two important reserve gene. CAV3 certain extent, affected the fat deposition CAV3 may a judge meat quality traits important back-up gene.
