Abstract


The earthquake is one of the largest natural disasters harmful to human survival , and China is the world's strongest seismic activity and earthquake disaster is the most serious one . Establish the earthquake emergency command system , can significantly improve the emergency response capacity of the Government of the devastating earthquake , efficient scheduling and use all possible relief force to deal with the devastating earthquake , earthquake disaster Integrated Defense effective means . The earthquake emergency decision support system is a subsystem of the earthquake emergency command system . It brings together the the earthquake emergency underlying database , and the seismic field information , combined with a variety of decision support analysis tools and models , after the earthquake in different time slots for the relevant departments to provide timely , effective , real-time or quasi- real-time auxiliary information . The system the emergency auxiliary information (including : the scope of the hardest hit by the disaster relief road damage , disaster communication situation , the material needs in the disaster area , etc.) , raised the level of the classification, sub urgency , to provide the necessary emergency relief operations decision support recommendations to assist commanders quickly develop disaster response programs , deployment of disaster relief operations ; earthquake emergency late , earthquakes , geological background information on auxiliary information for the restoration and reconstruction work . Topics architecture based on J2EE 's B / S , three cross-platform client / server model to solve the dispersed applications centrally manage , cross-platform compatibility and ease of maintenance .
