Abstract


With the Internet and the rapid development of computer technology, network television, network radio, mobile TV and other new media, represented by the growing number of electronic media and print media applications. 90 years abroad in the last century began the application of new media and has made great progress, but only after the domestic application from 2004 years ago. Due to national policy, network bandwidth and other factors, the development of new media in China a few years ago did not achieve the desired speed and altitude. During the 2008 Olympic Games in particular, to China Central Television, "CCTV network", the Central People’s Radio, "China Radio Network", China Radio International, "International Online" website as the representative of the sudden emergence of new media, the user view of a substantial increase, stimulated widespread application of new media people desire.However, radio and television between traditional media and new media are not blindly contradictions, conflicts, both within a period of time in the future will co-exist. Integration of traditional and new media development in national policies, technical support, has become possible. At all levels of media outlets with their own actual situation, develop appropriate integration of traditional media and new media program is particularly necessary.Firstly, domestic traditional media and new media developments and the latest technology in-depth research, game theory will be introduced to the integration of traditional media and new media program study, game model integration program was established. Then use the game model, combined with the actual situation Chengde local traditional media and new media integration program needs analysis, carried out the fusion program design and implementation of prototype system. This prototype system is limited to the original combination of television and the Internet, the establishment of an IPTV system to realize the traditional media and new media integration. Finally, system functionality, system performance and security aspects of the system was tested and the results show that the system achieve the desired goals, there is a theoretical value and popularization.
