Mesoporous silica material with a large specific surface area , pore volume and highly ordered mesoporous structure and good biocompatibility in controlled drug release and metal ion adsorption and separation of the field more widely applied . In this paper, mesoporous silica nanoparticles as the carrier, designed and synthesized two types of controlled release systems , structure of the FT -IR , SEM, TEM , DLS, XRD, BET series of characterization is typical mesoporous structure . The design and synthesis of a lithium-ion sensor . 1 4 - amino antipyrine , luminol (Luminol) with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) competitive binding principle design and synthesis of particles N 5 . The release performance test results show that the particle N5 strong load capability and can achieve \concentration is increasing, and have good release properties . 2 mesoporous silica nano - particle pore surface covalent connection of 2 - amino - 2 - deoxy -D - glucose ( Inhibitor ) , glucose oxidase (Glucose Oxidase) Inhibitor specificity of binding , success has been having a good controlled release properties of mesoporous silica nanoparticles P 6 . The release performance test results showed that the particles P6 have a stronger load capacity and without early release , and in the presence of glucose , the mesoporous gradually be opened , the release load molecules . , Particles P 6 of glucose has a good selectivity relative to the other in terms of monosaccharides . Expected to be further developed and used in real-time to detect the concentration of glucose in the body . Design and synthesis of a receptor tetramethyl -14 - the crown of -4 (TM14C4) and fluorescent chromophore 1,8 - the naphthalimide the new lithium-ion sensor FSl, structures were confirmed by 1H NMR , the 13C NMR HRMS validation. FSl Li added before and after the UV absorption and fluorescence curve did not change significantly . The mass spectrometry results show FS1 certain lithium ion complexing capacity .
