Abstract


In order to ensure the quality and safety of the chemical production process , the cleaning process of the the polymerizer group of real - time monitoring of chemical equipment . The study of the Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Chemical Equipment wireless sensor monitoring and control services capacity building \The system hardware using high-precision acceleration sensors and high - resolution data acquisition card cleaning water column impact the polymerizer wall produce vibration signal , and through wireless bridge transmission mode will collect real-time data transmission to a remote central control room . The software is based on LabVIEW virtual instrument monitoring system , real-time signal analysis and processing conditions state line display , fault alarm and data playback functions . The development of multi - kettle cleaning signal intelligent to trigger recognition module to effectively reduce the storage of redundant data , improve data quality playback . The system after the inspection of the actual application , to achieve the purpose of the cleaning state real-time monitoring of the cleaning head , to solve the problem of a the polymerizer group of Shanghai Chlor-Alkali cleaning condition monitoring , but also provide viable options for other large chemical cleaning equipment condition monitoring .
