Abstract


Because of the economic globalization development and technological progress, the competition between company has developed into competition between whole supply chains. Facing this critical situation, company realize that cost down operation base on the rapidly and effectively satisfaction for customers. However it is exactly the more difficult problem that most of company have to face. For this reason, we have to do further research for the inventory control.Inventory controlling is the one important reason for company management. If the inventory excessive, it will make the company pay more excessive fees such as warehousing expense and insurance, and cause the capital to ossify and the fund chain tight. Moreover, the excessively high stock will be turn to the waste materials because of obsolete materials or will be reduce the resell, then cause the company income worsening. Therefore the enterprise always tried their best to maintain the lower stocked level. But on the other hand, the few stock will cause shortage, it will enable the company to meet the customers request on time and will lost the selling profit, but also reduce the customer’s trust and satisfaction. It will cause the company to be in the disadvantageous position in the market competition, so the company has to keep high stock on hand. In many enterprises, some materials keep the high inventory at the same time another materials stock is too low, it’s become the one reason of restriction company development.The article research LC Corporation’s inventory control issue from the angle of supply chain management. The first chapter introduced the research background and the significance; the second chapter narrated and commented the correlation theories for the supply chain management inventory; the third chapter concrete study the question for LC Corporation’s stock; the fourth chapter analyzes the improvement strategy for LC Corporation’s inventory control; the fifth chapter implemented the inventory improvement program. Finally, summarized the article research and carried on the forecast to the future.
