Abstract


The Supplier selection & evaluation is base on a suitable indicator system to the modern manufacture enterprise. The construction of supplier selection indicator system is impact purchasing quality directly. The construction of supplier selection indicator system not only relate to the quality of supplier, but also will impact purchasing quality directly. The supplier performance is the relection of supplier capability, the completed performance audit system will relect supplier’s superiority and feebleness at more.The article mainly studied supplier selection & evaluation indicator system in Schneider company. The article expatiate the study background and domestic& international study status firstly, then summarized the relate theory of supplier selection & evaluation, then introduced the supplier selection & evaluation indicator system, and further analyze the problems in these two systems, Finally complete the supplier selection & evaluation indicator system.The article is not only able to guide work to supplier selection & evaluation indicator system in Schneider company, but also has good reference to the similar other companies.
