Abstract


To observe Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets Simotang combined treatment of IBS-C efficacy in clinical applications, and to co-payment Simotang Bifidobacterium in the treatment of constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome and provide a theoretical basis for clinical application.MethodA clear diagnosis of the 61 cases of patients with IBS-C was randomly divided into two groups, of which A group of 31 patients was given Simotang 10ml Oral Liquid 3/day, oral administration of 3 Live Combined Bif idobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets Bifid 2/day, B group of 30 patients was given Mosapride Citrate Tablets 5mg orally 3/day, oral administration of 3 Live Combined Bif idobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets Bifid 2/day. Both group were treated as above for 4 weeks, followed up for one month, and the symptoms and the conditions of patients after treatment were recorded. Statistical X2 test was used to compare the difference of the two treatment and the P value should be a conclusion.Result Both Simotang oral liquid group and Mosapride Citrate Tablets Bifid group two co-payments for IBS-C showed the clinical efficacy, four soup group, the total efficiency of 77.4%,slightly higher than 73.3% of the group Gass clear, but no significant difference showed up (P>0.05); In Simotang Bifidobacterium group of co-payments treatment of constipation-type IBS, the constipation, abdominal discomfort were improved; adverse drug reactions did not occur during the treatment of Simotang decoction, suggesting that the long-term medication is safe.DiscussionSimotang oral liquid Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets in treating IBS-C has significant clinical efficacy. In comparison of adverse drug reactions with the control group, it is still need further clinical study of a large sample analysis, and the specific means and mechanism of drug action still needs further in-depth experimental study.
