Abstract


Note that stability is an important quality of attention , it is important to ensure the efficient completion of all tasks . Attention to the stability of the predecessors to carry out relevant research is focused on the description of of attention stability characteristics of primary and secondary students , and rarely involve the factors influencing the stability of the Note . In this study, college students pay attention to the stability characteristics and influencing factors , train and improve attention to the stability of some of the theoretical and practical significance . In this study, the use of the survey and experiment study . Learn self-control , interference , emotional stability , emotional state , attention stability . Descriptive statistics , t test , analysis of variance , correlation analysis , regression analysis , and statistical methods for data processing , research results are mainly the following : ( 1 ) With the growth year , college students learn self-control tendencies significantly enhanced self-control strategies attention stability and learning a downward trend ; learning self-control of each factor and learning attention to the stability of the existence of a significant positive correlation , and a significant role in the prediction of learning attention stability . ( 2) female students attention stability significantly higher than male college students ; , high attention to the stability of learning self-control college students was significantly higher than in the low learning self-control college students . (3) through the memories of describing the events of a certain mood , can evoke emotions ; attention to the influential role of emotional attention stability : grief group were more stable than happy group and relax ; in the state of sadness , emotional attention stability instability was significantly higher than the emotional stability test ; (4) pay attention to the stability of emotional instability were more susceptible to the impact of interference ; visual stimulation interference significantly affect the stability of visual attention , auditory stimulation interference of visual attention stability interference obvious .
