Abstract
|
The application of magnetic thin film is more and more widely , making people pay more attention to the film 's magnetic properties characterization . In many applications of the magnetic thin film , the thickness of the film becomes thinner, so that the thin film magnetic characteristic parameter measurement becomes increasingly difficult . First, the traditional methods of measurement of the difficulty in measuring the film thickness is thin samples , the method based on the measurement of the anomalous Hall effect . On the hardware side , the research and design of the overall program , which the completed magnetic field data acquisition card based on PCI bus data acquisition and transmission , the use of high-precision current source and nanovoltmeter obtain anomalous Hall voltage data transfer via GPIB interface . On the software side , the choice of LabView virtual instrument programming platform , research and design of real-time data filtering , curve conditioning and characteristic parameter extraction algorithm . The experimental results show that the design and efficient structures based on the film of the anomalous Hall effect hysteresis loop measurement system for data sampling , data display , data processing , and the characteristic parameter extraction . The detailed analysis of the error of the test system , proceed from both hardware and software , research and analysis of the reasons that affect the measurement accuracy of the system . Experimental results show that the placement angle of the test sample and the test point location all had a significant effect on the test results , on the basis of the analysis , there is proposed a method to improve the precision . The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that , for the measurement of the thickness of thin film magnetic hysteresis loop , as opposed to the traditional technology , based on the measurement of the anomalous Hall effect has a significant advantage .
