Abstract


Drama translated a long time, the drama translation studies have hundreds of years of history. Throughout the drama translation studies, it is not difficult to find, drama translation research is focused on how to achieve the language level on conversion. However, I believe that the drama as a literary genre that is both literary and performing, artistic nature can not be ignored, and the translation should be to maximize the retention. Drama Translation is not only to achieve the language level, such as conversion, aesthetic level, peer-to-peer conversion is necessary. According to the Jiang Qiuxia the Gestalt Image Reproduction peer conversion theory, aesthetic level translator in the translation by the reappearance of the original aesthetic elements to create the same or similar to the aesthetic effect so that the target audience is able to obtain the same with the original aesthetic experience . Aesthetic elements of reproduction mainly by Gestalt Image Reproduction. In addition, the translator the cognitive text language meaning when the aesthetic experience of a scene in the original, people or events behind the emotional atmosphere, intonation, this experience will be acting on the brain to form a cognitive and aesthetic experience of the combination of FIG. formula. This schema makes the translator reproduction of the overall meaning and imagery in the text conversion process, not just the language level corresponding to the words or sentences. Theatrical text as a rich artistic nature of the text, simple language peer may not only cause the barrier to understanding of the target audience, and also may be the collapse of the original text itself contains the complete artistic image. Therefore, the aesthetic level peer-to-peer is a necessary condition to ensure the integrity of the image of the dramatic text, drama translation studies is bound to face problems. According to the definition of Gestalt imagery a Gestalt Image Reproduction theory, the paper first pointed Gestalt imagery in dramatic texts, then translated Ying Ruocheng and Chen Liangting two translations of Arthur Miller's \cases, from an aesthetic point of view, respectively, from the two levels of the language constructs of Gestalt imagery and aesthetic structure studying Gestalt image structure on the positive impact of the dramatic process of translation and Drama in Translation Studies: the language level, mainly on the screenplay imagery the completeness and accuracy of intensive; aesthetic level, mainly for the guiding role of the two aspects of the wording of the translator and the choice of translation strategies. The author hopes that through this study drama translation researchers noted the importance of aesthetic factors play a decisive role in the appreciation of dramatic texts on drama translation conversion, and may help to further explore how to achieve the aesthetic in the dramatic text reproduction.
