Abstract


The new farmers are the main and basic strength of the new rural construction , the the farmers overall quality of the level determines the speed of the process of the new rural construction . Speed ??up the training of educated, skilled , will operate the new farmers , to play the dominant position in the new rural construction , and is building a new socialist countryside and to achieve the fundamental objectives of the urban and rural development and the urgent requirement .
