Abstract


Purpose:In the light of recent years teenagers for heart and lung function, stamina diathesis steadily declining,find a kind of scientific exercise that accord with characteristics of adolescent and effectively develop cardiopulmonary and aerobic stamina, then clearly raise reasonable exercise intensity in order to provide references for teenagers and practically enhance the young health. Methods:This article selects 129 students of the xi’an Technician Institute and xi’an Hanguang middle school of senior one as experimental object, prepares fitness program directional movement, mainly uses test and the experimental method to verify the fitness scheme and its fitness effect. Results:The innovation of directional movement fitness scheme designed to meet students’interest characteristics; Exercise and intensity of sports follow the gradual implementation principle. The movement process center rate remaining in 120-160 b/min, meet an aerobics requirements. After ten weeks Orienteering fitness program, the experimental students’intensity of lacticemia, step test index, vital capacity and 1000m/800m improve evidently. Standing long jump and sit and reach also show significant difference than before experiment. Other somatotype, function and physical quality indexes improve in different extent. Conclusions:The innovated Orienteering fitness scheme meet students’interest, flexible space and simple equipment may promote the scheme to launch in middle school, the teachers and students interact organization form inspired the enthusiasm of students, scheme quantity and intensity of motion has met the requirements of aerobic exercise and improved students’aerobic capacity, ameliorate human cardiovasculars and respiratory function, promote the development of stamina, legs power and flexibility effectively. At the same time, other physical qualities also improve. In addition, adelosents are being in the crucial phase of growth, the height and weight have the natural increase, the heart rate and the blood pressure also have the change because of the puberty growth. The Orienteering fitness program may improve students’bodily shape, promotes students’healthy development.
