Abstract


Accompanied by the deepening of China's socialist market economic system reform, the social class structure and the relationship between the interests of all sectors of the profound changes brought the differentiation of the interests of the members of society, at all levels of society is inevitable in the process of interest demands the contradictions and conflict. Conflicts of interest Wenzhou social class has become more prominent. The current Wenzhou social class interests, coordination and balance problems of intensive research. Due to the Wenzhou industrialization rise, causing the changes in the industrial structure, industry structure change has brought changes in the occupational structure, changes in the occupational structure and lead to social stratification, social stratification led to changes in the social class structure, new social class structure generation. Wenzhou social class structure has a \Apparent conflicts of interests and conflicts of interest in of Wenzhou social class differentiation makes between the various social strata: advantage strata gap between the rich and the poor and vulnerable segments of the widened; economic and political interests of the contradiction between the private sector owners and industrial workers; social groups events rose, the increase in social instability. The reasons for these contradictions and conflicts are manifold: the absence of the policy is the the substantive root causes of the current of Wenzhou social class conflicts of interest; changes in the ownership structure of its root causes; industrial structure changes are the main causes ; allocation changes in the way is the direct cause; interests of the concept of change is its ideological reasons. Therefore, the social structure of the Wenzhou facing profound changes, the social the class interests contradictions and conflicts of interest, we must coordinate the Wenzhou social hierarchy conflicts of interest, and gradually establish a harmonious Wenzhou social class structure, to develop in line with current Wenzhou social class social policies to guide Wenzhou, all sectors of society to establish a correct view of the interests of the most important is to establish and improve the range of benefits, including expression of interest, the distribution of interests, the interests of restraint mechanisms, including coordination mechanism, the Wenzhou towards a healthy, stable, harmonious direction. How to coordinate and balance the interests of different social strata contradictory, not only the current theory urgent need to study the important theoretical issues, and is a major practical problems to be solved in the current economic and social development, the study has theoretical and practical double value.
