Abstract


Lifelong education is an international sex education in the 1960s . UNESCO recommended \Thus , Japan by Congress in 1990 passed the \In China, the party's 17 a lot of \the development of the new era , the major strategic objectives and actions to improve the quality of education work guide . System of lifelong education , has become a major strategic choice of education reform and development . This thesis through lifelong education policies and regulations of Japan , Korea, China , Taiwan Province and Fujian Province , lifelong education as well as Shanghai, Beijing comparative analysis of the activities of the legislation attempts to explore the advantages and disadvantages of lifelong education legislation in these countries and regions , reveals some of the key elements of lifelong education legislation . The paper also incorporates the needs and current situation of the development of life-long education , drawing on the legislative experience of the existing laws and regulations of lifelong education , lifelong education and regulations of our country to develop a national reference suggestions .
