Abstract


In recent years, China's college enrollment lead to a dramatic increase in the number of university graduates, the employment problem in today's college graduates groups highlighted. The traditional means of employment can not be achieved because of the amount of labor supply and demand smooth docking, so students in solving the employment problem in a limited role. Flexible forms of employment for university graduates based on their high degree of correlation between their own characteristics, the solution to the employment problem of graduates valid path. Because governments in promoting flexible employment of college graduates has a prominent role, the government policies, actions should be focused on the path and improvements. In the main part of this paper, flexible employment for university graduates in government action status and development direction of research and analysis, based on the flexible employment of college graduates today informed the difficulties and their own expectations of internal and external employment environment in order to further deconstruction Government promoting flexible employment of university graduates lack the behavior and improve the path.
