Abstract


Domestic wall materials production industry , irrespective of from unitary equipment research and development or scientific and rational planning of the whole plant production systems with the international level of the same industry there is a big gap , especially in this area of the whole plant equipment of digital simulation technology industry is still blank , and the technology has been widely applied in the field of international building materials equipment production Wall materials production enterprises with simulation capabilities whole plant equipment digital prototyping and simulation technology for the status quo , research and development , of wall materials equipment production enterprises to accelerate device development cycles , improve the work efficiency of the whole plant planning , enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises of great significance and promote industrial upgrading . Exploration of the project based on this goal , hoping to develop a visualization for production line design and simulation software . The paper describes the project to complete the work , mainly the following aspects : 1 ) analysis of the the domestic wall materials production industry , and the gap with foreign countries in the same industry where , proposed the use of three-dimensional visualization and simulation technology to carry out the design and production process of the production line simulation . 2) According to the demand of a wall material production enterprise of the target software architecture design and modular division . 3 ) in-depth learning Virtools operating mechanism , combined with Visual Studio to create Windows Forms - based application software framework for three-dimensional modeling of the entire production line equipment , the use of database information management . 4 ) combine Virtools development methods , software module function , including the function of the scene interaction and interoperability of equipment , as well as the overall production line copying, moving . 5 ) combined with the design requirements of the new wall materials production line of a wall material production enterprise application development software production sports overall layout design , analog devices to the simulation of the production process of the production line .
