Abstract


To reduce the instantaneous pressure in the hydraulic system of the valve control cylinder vibration and noise arising from the impact , or to increase the system damping in order to improve the control performance, the design of a composite dynamic pressure damper . Compared with traditional hydraulic damper , the damper is not only has a wider bandwidth and damping ratio of the adjustment range . In this paper, theoretical modeling , research methods, the combination of computer simulation and experimental verification of the composite performance of the dynamic pressure damper . Study dynamic pressure at home and abroad feedback and dynamic pressure damper technology , this paper analyzes the two traditional dynamic pressure damper structure and working principle , and the establishment of a mathematical model for simulation studies . On this basis , a compact , composite dynamic pressure damper adjustable parameters , and analysis of its structural design and working principle . In order to investigate the performance characteristics of the damper to establish the mathematical model of the valve control cylinder hydraulic system , the installation of the a composite dynamic pressure damper valve control cylinder driven pressure feedback device from the frequency characteristics of the system and the damping ratio of incremental system simulation analysis, the main the composite dynamic pressure damper parameters on system performance . Change the dynamic pressure damper orifice aperture and accumulator charging pressure conditions , ship steering gear hydraulic system test bench on both ends of the valve controlling cylinder pressure impact test analysis , come to the orifice aperture and the characteristic curves of the pneumatic pressure of the accumulator pressure shocks . The theory simulation analysis and experimental results show that the complex dynamic pressure damper performance and stability , increase the proportional valve control hydraulic systems and valve control cylinder position servo system damping and improve system stability , reduce the pressure pulsation and hydraulic shock .
