Abstract


The IT products represented by personal computer have come into China since the1980’s. with the development of Chinese economy, the imports of IT products and therenew of the circulation media give birth to a brand new architecture of IT malls,this ,however, has not been taken seriously, the research of it is still unknown,it isextremely urgent to fulfill the absence of the research.The paper aims the IT mall as the study objevt, investigate its’problems and specialfeatures based on the consulting of relevant news and commercial theory , analyse theaffection of the special features and problems with the architectural and environmentaldesign of IT mall, then find the main points of the research. The paper make a full‐scaleinvestigation through city level、architectural level、interior design level and ecologicaltechnique level to expore the pattern、conclude the theory、revise the theory ofcommercial building design based on the mass investigation of IT mall in Beijing andWuhan，relevent theory and drawing of the lessons of other type of Mall.The paperfinally come up with the materials and theory of the design of IT mall, trying to supply agap of the architectural and environmental design of IT mall.
