The industrial production in the field of electronics manufacturing equipment , high-speed and high-precision machine tool industry , the positioning system as one of the important components of production efficiency, quality and accuracy , have an important impact . Traditional positioning system drive technology is the use of a rotary motor and ball screw or gas , liquid servo drive technology . The linear motor drive technology , and realize the \The machine vision technology is a sophisticated detection technology , using CCD (Charge-coupled Device) camera to capture the image of the target object , and IPC digital image processing and positioning , the positioning system and more effective to improve the accuracy of the positioning system . Therefore , the integration of the linear motor drive technology and machine vision technology positioning system is a better solution . In this paper, a new direct-drive linear motor XY micro platform , integration of machine vision systems , designed a high-speed linear motor - based machine vision positioning system . This paper first reviewed the development of the positioning system at home and abroad , the overall design of high speed positioning system based on the linear motor machine vision . Secondly , on the basis of a detailed analysis of the institutions and principles of linear motors , linear motors , mathematical modeling , and analysis of the structure and composition of the positioning system , the establishment of a mathematical model of linear motor machine vision positioning system . At the same time the structure design , positioning systems positioning system movement control system hardware and software design . According to the mathematical model of the linear motor positioning system , digital PID control strategy . Finally, build a simulation and experiment platform of high-speed positioning system based on machine vision of the linear motor , the positioning system to do a series of simulation and experimental analysis of experimental results based on experimental data . The experimental results show the feasibility of high-speed linear motor - based machine vision positioning system .
