Abstract


With the rapid development of the manufacturing sector of the information age, PDM has been more and more enterprises to accept and applications. PDM technology as an integrated platform for CAD, CAE, CAPP system integration, so it is no longer a separate information silos. Virtual production as one of the the prevailing advanced production mode, and function expanding range of PDM product data management requirements. In this paper, the mode virtual production as the main production enterprises operating characteristics, application the ASP.NET technology development aimed to explore the practical application of the PDM project to make based Virtual Enterprise PDM systems. In this paper, do the following: 1) on the basis of the analysis of the literature discusses the virtual enterprise concept, characteristics and operating model, traditional PDM system can not meet the needs of the virtual enterprise place suitable for virtual enterprise environment under PDM system model. 2) in-depth analysis of the enterprise PDM system needs, according to the actual situation of SMEs, the establishment of the B / S three-tier structure based on the framework of the Virtual Enterprise PDM system proposed based on the architecture and functionality of a Virtual Enterprise PDM system structure. Detailed design of the Virtual Enterprise PDM system supplier selection management module, enterprise and business collaboration contract between information management module \3) According to research, analyze cares about most indicators of enterprises in the selection of suppliers and meet enterprise needs evaluation index system; using the C # programming language to realize the the TOPSIS algorithm and the law of entropy algorithm thinking, combined with ASP.NET technology to solve enterprises need to solve the supplier selection problem. 4) the use of ASP.NET implementation based on the specific method of virtual enterprise PDM system function, and C #, SQL language technology applied to the development of a PDM system module to achieve a number of contracts, the total amount of the contract status statistics and other functions. 5) the use of database technology in PDM suppliers, collaboration, project and contract management module associated operating system is truly practical and effective.
