With the development of China's socialist market economy , the industrial sector , including the electricity sector , including also ushered in a period of rapid development , and production equipment also toward large-scale , continuous, complicated direction . For this reason, to ensure equipment safety , economic , continuous , efficient operation for each country are extremely important , and equipment failure state evaluation and fault diagnosis technology is the basis of this guarantee . The article first summarizes the research status of the domestic and foreign equipment failure status evaluation and troubleshooting techniques , and divided into different stages of the course on the basis of the theory of the development of this technology . Second , start from the basic theory evaluation methods rely on modern equipment to do a simple introduction to the background and significance of the theory of \the summarized evaluation method and gray relational thinking . Again were summed up based on the degree of degradation of the membership and the gray relational degree three thermal power equipment evaluation theory and appropriate improved and simplified to make it more practical ; further analysis of the level analysis and principal component analysis two kinds of weight analysis method , and compare the pros and cons of both ; propose a new thermal power equipment gray comprehensive state evaluation method , this method reflects both the fixed state of the equipment , but also consider the equipment running state can fully reflect the level of equipment operation and the impact on the whole system . Zhuhai Golden Bay Power Plant 3,4 the turbogenerator four condensable gas equipment and circulating pump status evaluation , including running state assessment, evaluation and comprehensive state evaluation of three parts of the fixed state . In the evaluation process to fully consider the various factors affecting the equipment , very comprehensive state evaluation of these two types of equipment group .
