Abstract


With the development of China's economy , many of the legal issues associated with a name stand out , the name trademark representative one of the problems is one of the . The name trademark has a long history , but the legal norms that are visible from nearly a decade only . Name Trademark is a type of trademark registration , use and protection of has its own unique approach of name trademark law protection has a very important significance . This paper is divided into five sections discuss the legal issues of trademark protection on the name . The first part of the article describes the names of the origin and development of the system of trademark protection , as well as the name trademarks meaning , characteristics and economic value problem . The second part describes the relevant provisions of the foreign name trademark , including the specific legislative provisions , including the United States and some civil law countries .
