Abstract

With the change in the socio-economic development of the rural family structure changes, as well as young people ideas, traditional family pension function deteriorates, the the farmers pension issue has become a major problem to be solved in the current rural development. Zhejiang is China's economically developed provinces, its rural population facing severe aging challenge. Zhejiang established whether the rural social endowment insurance system as well as other areas of the country has an important reference significance build what old-age insurance system. In recent years, Zhejiang walk in the forefront of the country, some areas in the province to actively explore new rural social pension insurance system. With the commencement of the pilot work around the lack of overall planning, rural social endowment insurance system innovation makes the rural and more like a testing ground. This paper attempts a comprehensive evaluation of the existing rural social endowment insurance system in Zhejiang Province. According to the results, it is proposed to improve of Zhejiang rural social pension insurance system recommendations and Experience system build for the rest of the country. The article is divided into three steps to achieve this goal. The first step is to summarize Supply Situation of Zhejiang rural social pension insurance system. The second step is a comprehensive evaluation of the design of rural social endowment insurance system for the evaluation system and Zhejiang rural pension system mode. The third step is based on the results of the evaluation, the summary system construction experience with the problem, and on this basis the idea of ??perfect of Zhejiang rural pension insurance system.
