Abstract


With the issuance of 3G licenses in 2008 and the restructuring of the communications industry , communications industry increasingly characterized by intense competition , the original six telecommunications companies based in different strengths and weaknesses were re- integration , weaknesses , prompting competition is more conducive to the public to enjoy more affordable , convenient, warm and thoughtful service. In this thesis, meticulous management at home and abroad based on the theory related to China 's actual situation of the mobile channel management as a starting point , China Mobile channels through in-depth field investigations , and China Telecom, China Unicom and China Mobile 's competitive situation in a competitive pattern analysis, combined with my years of telecommunications experience to air channels clerk Pick and integral as a case against China mobile channel management problems to focus on analysis , revealing IT support system for China mobile channels the importance of the implementation of sophisticated management . Channel level IT support systems can help operators realize the integration of customer channels . As communications market business development needs, the current operator and customer contact channels increasingly diverse , in addition to traditional business window , the marketing department , customer service , call center, Internet and other communication channels also become carriers and customers interaction between an important way. IT support system in the channel level can be effective in helping operators to integrate previously separate the various channels , and ultimately customer information to maximize efficient collection and sharing between operators enables customers to establish a unified user interface , thus strengthen the effectiveness of communication with customers , improve customer satisfaction. Thus, in the information age IT support system is not played the role of a single , but a comprehensive upgrade of the marketing system , supporting role.
