Abstract


With the constant improvement of the market economic system , more and more people began to care about the financial position of the enterprise , and their requirements vary , but one thing is the same , that wants to understand the business in the fierce competition in the market in which position. The corporate financial statements reflect only the performance of the business activities , does not reveal its internal links . Therefore , in order to truly understand the business situation of enterprises , it is necessary to the business activities in a timely manner to summarize , analyze , evaluate . Hunan Xiao Feng Industrial Company is mainly engaged in the project a papermaking chemical products production and sales of private enterprise , in recent years, the rising amount of pulp paper products at home and abroad a favorable external environment , the enterprise has made considerable progress . However , current performance evaluation system has many problems , so that business managers can not make a correct evaluation of the business of the enterprise . Of the use of the financial data of listed companies in the paper industry , re - introduction of economic added value ( EVA ) , free cash flow (FCF) values ??as an important evaluation index , use the entropy method refactoring industry performance evaluation model . Comparative performance evaluation results from the corporate governance structure , the three levels of the company management control and operational execution flow analysis of the problems of Hunan Xiao Feng Industrial finance and management , specific optimization measures and strategy for improvement . Finally, an objective analysis of the limitations of this thesis , and the outlook for further study in the future . This paper argues that the comprehensive use of economic value added (EVA) and free cash flow (FCF) calculation method of guiding significance to promote the formulation of the company's future overall development of the strategic planning of Hunan Xiao Feng Industrial Performance Evaluation .
