Abstract


The presence of small and medium-sized private enterprises and development is the objective economic law. At present due to the influence of the factors such as the financial crisis, China's small and medium-sized private enterprise development is faced with a difficult situation. As the development of small and medium-sized private enterprises in front, pingyang private small and medium-sized enterprise development also met some problems. Although for small and medium-sized enterprise development, the government, academia, etc from the theory and practice to do a lot of research and try, and obtained the successful experience, but to solve the problem of small and medium-sized private enterprises pingyang must also be special treatment. This article elaborates the development of small and medium-sized private enterprises related theoretical literature and pingyang private small and medium-sized enterprise development present situation, proposed the pingyang private small and medium-sized enterprise development, and the problems faced with and the problems are analyzed. Then through the PEST analysis and SWOT analysis to pingyang small and medium-sized private enterprises development environment is analyzed. Finally, in reference to the United States, Japan and other developed countries in middle and small enterprise advanced experience and related theory proposes pingyang small and medium-sized private enterprises development countermeasures.
