Abstract


Accompanied by the rapid popularization of development of modern communications, the endless variety of new technologies, new business is gradually into the public life. In the field of mobile communications, is currently experiencing a common development of the transition from the ordinary 2G digital voice to the 3G digital voice and data services. Data traffic rendering index rose 3G mobile communications get the full attention of the major domestic carriers, a variety of applications based on this technology has also been booming up. WCDMA (Wideband Code Division Multiple Access) as the new generation of 3G communications technology widely in global development. CCTV way or analog - digital surveillance system video surveillance system is widely used by analog or digital video recorder as the core, using coaxial cable to output the video signal, support video recording and playback via DVR, and can support a limited The IP network access. Although this method is to solve the distributed monitoring the effectiveness and reliability of the system, but the limited monitoring capabilities only support local monitoring need to install a separate video cable for each camera, the the wiring complex operation and cumbersome; while many environments, do not have to install the cable. This paper presents a WCDMA 3G radio network as a bearer of the long-distance transmission platform, by the occupied air radio channel, the monitoring center, coordination linkage between WCDMA network and cable transmission, front-end equipment, complete video surveillance function. The system design and analysis of the overall structure of the framework, including the central node and distribution node hardware selection and software production, and then discussed the scenarios of the system. The video stream is transmitted throughout the network primarily by air Uu interface of the radio channel, the system uses the UMTS radio interface and detail about the data flow process, and explains common device case and method of use. A detailed description of the design of the system hardware, Mobile DVR main hardware devices, automotive head, manual keyboard and its peripheral circuits. The completion of the system is divided into three parts - the monitoring center, the transmission network, front-end equipment: monitoring center forwarded by the streaming media server, central storage server monitoring platform, via IP network interconnection; transmission network mainly constituted by the WCDMA network, data bearer network; front-end devices including mobile cameras (including 3G transmission module) and a portable hard drive, the video stream is sent to the central node through the WCDMA 3G network.
