Rural brokers , with the development of the market economy , in the rural economy is principally engaged transactions brokered others , and to obtain the income of natural persons , legal persons and other economic organizations , is an important driving force for economic development in rural areas , but also to promote urban and rural development prominent force. Not high status of rural brokers universal qualities , skills , training as an important measure to promote its development . Training is a systematic project , as a way of investment in human capital , help to improve the quality of labor and the ability to work of trainees . But the training of rural brokers due to the start-up time is short, uneven training object , in the implementation there are more problems . In our study self learned Chongqing Rural broker training questionnaire to a sample survey has the following characteristics : training system initially built training model of innovation and development , and completing training indicators , training regulations , grants to encourage rural brokers to participate in training ; through the investigation and training issues include: the training lower proportion of rural brokers willingness to participate in training is not strong , lack of targeted content and organization of training courses , limited training , training effectiveness obvious ; caused by the reasons for these problems were : training supply a single channel , the lack of training needs analysis , lack of training in terms of sharing mechanisms , the lack of training evaluation system , based on the use of human resources development and training principles proposed a strategy to improve the training , including the establishment of a government-led multi-channel training supply , improve the ideological incentives , material incentives , negative reinforcement to motivate a combination of training incentives , designed the course content and form of organization , government , training institutions , industrial and commercial administrative departments , rural brokers organizations involved in training duties sharing mechanisms ; establishment of training evaluation system ; has some theoretical and practical significance to the improvement of the Chongqing Rural broker training .
