Abstract


Logistics industry on a global scale as the economic and social development , known as \, logistics and distribution center in China in terms of the level of information and distribution technologies still there is obviously insufficient, mainly reflected in the low level of information technology , distribution center construction is unreasonable, and poor management of spatial data . In this paper , on the basis of conscientiously study the logistics and distribution and geographic information systems theory , logistics and distribution systems in the two core issues : the distribution center location and distribution routing problem determination were studied. In the distribution center location problem , considering the various factors affecting the location , the use of GIS spatial analysis to determine the distribution center candidate points , and site metrics to determine the distribution center location . In the distribution path determination on the issue , the use of GIS technology to establish a road network topology , combined with Dijkstra algorithm , the use of ArcGIS Server network analysis to determine the path to achieve the best distribution . Finally, based on the proposed distribution center location and the shortest path to determine the basic idea , combined with the actual situation of Jiaozuo City, and a variety of spatial data in the ArcGIS Server platform design and development of GIS - based logistics and distribution systems , electronic map display, data management, distribution center location and distribution path selection function .
